At Jetspeed Consulting, our recent BPO project in Hangzhou sparked nostalgic memories of the past involvement in onsite hiring at universities and companies.
We embarked on this project to hire freelancers at the client’s office in Hangzhou, China. Despite the challenges posed by the proximity to the Chinese New Year holiday and the winter season’s reluctance to work, we successfully recruited 20 candidates for the project. Utilizing electric transportation tools equipped with GPS tracking, akin to Uber, we navigated the Yu Hang district to identify suitable BPO candidates near the client’s premises.
Under the sunny weather, we set up our logo table, engaged with participants, distributed hiring notices, explained job roles, and finalized contracts with interested individuals. The candidates we recruited are now excelling in their respective roles, contributing effectively to the BPO project’s success.
